It looks like the “clicks” on your computer need to be adjusted. It seems too slow or something. You want to find a way to change the computer mouse pointer speed. This can be done very simply.

Change mouse speed on Windows 10/8/7

Definitely, Rhonda. And like you, I don’t carry a lazy mouse!

You didn’t mention what version of Windows you’re running, so ignore the instructions that apply to your PC:

Windows 7

1 – Click Start Orb.

2 – Click Control Panel.

3 – Click Hardware and Sound.

4 – Click Mouse.

5 – Adjust the double click speed by moving the slider.

6 – Press Pointer Options.

7 – Adjust the mouse pointer speed by moving the slider.

8 – Click Ok.

Windows 8 / 8.1

1 – Press the Windows + Q key combination (that is, press the Windows key and Q key simultaneously) to open the Search Bar. You’ll find the Windows key in the lower-left corner of the keyboard between the Ctrl and Alt keys.

2 – Enter Mouse Settings in the search box.

3 – Adjust the double click speed by moving the slider.

4 – Click Pointer Options.

5 – Adjust the mouse pointer speed by moving the slider.

6 – Click Ok.

Windows 10

1 – Press the Windows + S key combination to open the Search box.

2 – Type mouse speed in the Search box, then click Change the mouse pointer display or speed. The Mouse Properties dialog box opens.

3 – Select the pointer speed by moving the slider.

4 – Click Apply, then click OK.

That’s all it takes to adjust the speed of your mouse cursor. Pretty easy, right?

I hope this helps you. Good luck.
