Quickly create a business card template using Microsoft Word.
If you feel that Microsoft’s business card templates are not satisfactory, you can create a small business card in the following way.
Create a new Word document page.
Click the Insert tab > Table.
Table menu appears, select the table size two horizontal cells and 04 vertical cells (2×4). You can also choose arbitrary cell sizes, but 2×4 will usually fit better into the page.
The selected part of the table will appear in Word, now drag the mouse to the corner of the edge and right-click on the icon that appears, select Table Properties.
The setup window of the Table Properties option appears—select Center in the Alignment section so that the business card is balanced on the page.
Continue moving to the Row tab, check the ” Specify height ” option, and set the information as shown. This will be a parameter of the row height.
Click on the Column tab and set it as the image to customize the height.
Although the setup is complete, it seems a bit too wide, so we will continue to adjust it again.
By clicking the Layout tab > Margins and selecting Narrow.
That’s it, now you enter the contact information into the “business card” and print it is complete.
