Here’s how to use Photo or Microsoft Paint to crop a photo.
You can use the Microsoft Paint app or Photos to do that and in Windows 10.
Click the Edit button (pencil icon) or press Ctrl + E
Click Crop
Resize the anchors to your liking, then click Check Mark
In Microsoft Paint, use the Crop Selection button, select the area of the image you want to Crop, and then click Crop.
If you want to resize, in the same Home tab, click Resize, then enter the dimension:
