How many times have you accidentally hit the Caps Lock key and kept typing??? While the Caps Lock key is a useful tool for writing everything in capital letters, it can cause problems if you accidentally click on it and everything is typed in capital letters. This can cause problems, especially when typing in passwords.
Turn on Caps Lock notifications or alerts
Turn on hat lock notifications! In Windows 10/8/7, you can set it to hear an alert when you press the Caps Lock, Num Lock, or Scroll Lock keys.
To enable this feature, open Control Panel> Ease of Access Center> Make the keyboard more comfortable to use.
Select the Turn on Toggle Keys check box.
Click Apply> OK.
You should now hear a sound when you press Caps Lock, Num Lock, or Scroll Lock.
Windows will play a beep alert every time you press the Caps Lock, Num Lock, or Scroll Lock key. These warnings can help you avoid accidentally pressing the key.
