What is ISUSPM.exe?
ISUSPM.exe is using a large amount of CPU and possibly what’s slowing the computer at startup.
It is ‘InstallShield Update Service Scheduler’. This program is not required to start as you can run it whenever you need it. You should disable this program so that it doesn’t lose unnecessary resources.
The file address is C: Program Files Common Files InstallShield UpdateService ISUSPM.exe.
How to disable this process
Use the msconfig tools: Start> Run> Type-in: msconfig> Ok> Select the ‘Startup’ tab> Uncheck the ‘ISUSPM’ entry> Click the ‘Apply / Ok’ button.
